Paul Kaiser is the CEO of DentalXChange and has over 20 years of healthcare IT experience including MedeAnalytics, Cognizant, TriZetto, TDS Clinical and Cerner. Paul is known for motivating and positioning teams to consistently exceed financial and operational goals and for creating positive cultures of accountability. He is passionate about relationships, innovation, partnerships and the opportunity to bring new ideas to the dental industry.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri where he is also a board member for the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation. Paul is an avid golfer and resides in Southlake, Texas where he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Elizabeth (Lizzy) Lawhead is the VP of Sales at DentalXChange. Lizzy’s career with DentalXChange began in early 2008. From 2009-2012 Lizzy continued to excel her career with promotions and new roles as Retention Manager and Director of Sales and Retention. Through proven metrics and identifying the need for a more robust capture solution uncovering new opportunities for growth. As the AVP of Sales and Retention, she leads the sales and retention teams to success and EDI growth, breaking all previous records and exceeding goals. The client experience and DentalXChange’s reputation are the factors that drive her motivation. She has conducted several payer pull-through and software vendor EDI growth campaigns, client migrations and presented at EDI seminars.

Lizzy lives in Orange County, California with her husband and two bulldogs. Lizzy is a foodie loves to experience cuisines from all countries/cultures.

Navin Narayanan is the CTO of DentalXChange and has been with the company since the acquisition by EDI Health Group in 2004. Navin started his journey with DentalXChange as a Software engineer and has played a vital role in building almost every aspect of the DentalXChange platform. With the combined knowledge of dental, healthcare and technology he has led his team successfully and is always looking for new challenges.

Navin has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. He lives in Irvine, California with his family. When he is not working he likes riding his Triumph down the California coast or hiking with his wife and son.

Carrie Kraner joined DentalXChange as Vice President, Customer Experience in December 2022 bringing over 13 years of healthcare IT experience. Carrie started her early career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, working her way up to an Assistant Branch Manager. From there, she moved on to Cognizant (previously TriZetto Provider Solutions) where she held a variety of roles including Customer Service Representative, Executive Account Manager, Team Lead and Product Manager. After TriZetto Provider Solutions, Carrie transitioned to Transaction Data Systems starting as Director of Enterprise Account Manager. Throughout her time at TDS, she was promoted to VP of Operations, and VP of Client Success.

Carrie lives in Edwardsville, Illinois with her family, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Kevin Doldan joins the leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Kevin spent the past three years as the CFO of FastPay, a payments and lending platform for the media industry. Prior to that, he was the CFO of Orchard Platform, a SaaS company providing software, data, and analytics for specialty lenders. He brings with him a background in public accounting, investment banking, private equity, and will manage all aspects of finance and accounting for the company.Kevin has a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University, a JD from Southwestern Law School, and an MBA from Cornell University. He lives in Redondo Beach, CA with his wife and daughter, enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid fan of his hometown Buffalo, NY sports teams.

Marci Sweet joined DentalXChange as Associate Vice President in April of 2022 bringing over 17 years marketing experience with over six years in healthcare IT. Marci leads all aspects of marketing, creating new marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness, improving customer engagement while closely collaborating with sales and product.

Prior to joining, Marci worked for HealthFirst supporting infection prevention products for the dental and medical industries. During her time there also worked tandemly with Henry Schein, a key distributor of dental products. With a focus on revenue cycle, clearinghouse/EDI and healthcare IT, Marci worked at Cognizant (previously TriZetto Provider Solutions) supporting all marketing efforts required to increase the pipeline driving qualified leads for sales growth. Marci lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her family and holds an MBA and Masters of Management from Fontbonne University. She loves home improvement projects, playing golf and enjoys being with her family.

Reza Nouraei is an ex-entrepreneur who managed and operated his own IT solutions company catering to Dental offices. Reza joined DentalXChange in 2004 and has played an integral role in growth of the company in becoming second largest in the industry. Reza leads operations to deliver highly effective revenue cycle management solutions to our customers.  He brings over 18 years of experience in the EDI, payments, and healthcare IT industry.  

Reza resides in Irvine, CA where he has a passion for motorsports, technology and traveling.

Jennifer Garrepy joined DentalXChange in 2021 as Human Resources Manager, bringing over 20 years human resources experience, with over 13 years in healthcare. In 2024 Jennifer was promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources.

Jennifer is involved in all aspects of human resources at DentalXChange, including increasing employee engagement, leading the payroll, recruitment and training functions, employee relations, policy setting, and compliance.

Her prior healthcare experience at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, a 349-bed nonprofit regional healthcare system, found her providing employee relations consultative services to approximately 1,200 members of staff and management. She also played a key role in full-cycle recruitment, management training, and organizational change.

Jennifer lives in Newport Beach with her family and holds a BA in Spanish and French from Emory University. She loves all things animal, working out, and exploring new cities on foot.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Scott is a seasoned leader in healthcare IT. He has dedicated the last 20 years to healthcare IT and has spent the past 6 years as a Chief Information Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing and transforming IT operations to his role at DentalXChange.

Scott's career is marked by his strategic vision and ability to drive innovation while maintaining a focus on security and operational excellence. At DentalXChange, he is responsible for overseeing IT operations and data management, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technology.

Scott holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is passionate about BBQ cooking and has taken part in several competitions. He brings the same dedication and attention to detail to his culinary pursuits as he does to his professional role, creating his own rubs and sauces.

Dan Feimster is the VP Product Management at DentalXChange with nearly 20 years of experience delivering valuable solutions for healthcare organizations while at Cerner, eSolutions (now Waystar), and C2FO. Dan brings extensive background in strategic planning, commercializing innovation, product management and operations. He enjoys helping teams incubate ideas, building and scaling processes, and engaging with clients to identify and solve challenges.

Dan holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler) and an engineering degree from Kansas State University. Dan enjoys his kids’ sports activities as well as family time on the lake or hikes into the mountains.
