Paul Kaiser is the CEO of DentalXChange and has over 20 years of healthcare IT experience including MedeAnalytics, Cognizant, TriZetto, TDS Clinical and Cerner. Paul is known for motivating and positioning teams to consistently exceed financial and operational goals and for creating positive cultures of accountability. He is passionate about relationships, innovation, partnerships and the opportunity to bring new ideas to the dental industry.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri where he is also a board member for the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation. Paul is an avid golfer and resides in Southlake, Texas where he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Navin Narayanan is the CTO of DentalXChange and has been with the company since the acquisition by EDI Health Group in 2004. Navin started his journey with DentalXChange as a Software engineer and has played a vital role in building almost every aspect of the DentalXChange platform. With the combined knowledge of dental, healthcare and technology he has led his team successfully and is always looking for new challenges.

Navin has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. He lives in Irvine, California with his family. When he is not working he likes riding his Triumph down the California coast or hiking with his wife and son.

Anisha Madan brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology to DentalXChange. She was most recently CFO at Medquest Imaging, a leader in outpatient imaging and guided the company through organic growth, improved cash flow and a successful transaction. Her previous leadership as CFO at Emids, marked by transformative acquisitions and improved financial performance, exemplifies her skill in business partnership, fostering organizational efficiency and enabling growth.

Anisha leads the Finance and Human Resources departments while guiding strategies and operations at DentalXChange. Anisha's accomplishments of recognition with the CFO of the Year Award by the Nashville Business Journal, and her seasoned background at Change Healthcare and GE Healthcare reflect her comprehensive expertise. Anisha is a Nashville healthcare council fellow, class of 2022. She has an undergraduate degree in economics and accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from Kellogg school of Management, Northwestern University. Outside of work, Anisha enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her husband and two children, ages 12 and 2.

Before joining DentalXChange, Lisa held a senior in-house counsel position at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Fortune 500 IT services provider and its subsidiary, TriZetto, for ten years. She also served in in-house counsel roles at Zimmer Biomet in the medical device industry and Gates Corporation, an international industrial and automative manufacturing company. Lisa began her career in private practice at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, an AmLaw 100 law firm, focusing on Technology Transactions, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Reza Nouraei is an ex-entrepreneur who managed and operated his own IT solutions company catering to Dental offices. Reza joined DentalXChange in 2004 and has played an integral role in growth of the company in becoming second largest in the industry. Reza leads operations to deliver highly effective revenue cycle management solutions to our customers.  He brings over 18 years of experience in the EDI, payments, and healthcare IT industry.  

Reza resides in Irvine, CA where he has a passion for motorsports, technology and traveling.

Scott Hampel joins DentalXChange as President, bringing more than 25 years of experience scaling healthcare SaaS and technology businesses. He has led product, operations, and commercial teams at PE-backed companies and has been part of three successful private equity growth investments.

Most recently, Scott was President and COO of Mosai (formerly Medalogix), an AI-powered clinical decision support platform used by 1,000 home health and hospice agencies. Before that, he was President of MedeAnalytics, where he helped lead the company's transformation from custom analytics services to becoming an innovative SaaS business. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at TriZetto, where he held various product and strategy leadership roles including its provider revenue cycle management business and the provider/payer network of thousands of direct connections.

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Scott has lived in Denver for 25 years with his wife, Karen, and their two children. Outside of work, you'll find him on a tennis court, mountain bike, or snowboard, or playing a hard-fought game of euchre.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Scott is a seasoned leader in healthcare IT. He has dedicated the last 20 years to healthcare IT and has spent the past 6 years as a Chief Information & Security Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing and transforming IT operations to his role at DentalXChange.

Scott's career is marked by his strategic vision and ability to drive innovation while maintaining a focus on security and operational excellence. At DentalXChange, he is responsible for overseeing IT operations and data management, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technology.

Scott holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is passionate about BBQ cooking and has taken part in several competitions. He brings the same dedication and attention to detail to his culinary pursuits as he does to his professional role, creating his own rubs and sauces.

Drew Hamilton joins DentalXChange as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare and technology. In this role, Drew leads the company’s revenue-generating teams and drives scalable, efficient growth. “We are thrilled Drew is joining DentalXChange. Drew’s go-to-market experience will be a strong fit with our product and innovation-led construct. Plus, he has a fantastic track record of accelerating growth and achieving outstanding outcomes for clients, partners, associates, and investors,” said Paul Kaiser, CEO of DentalXChange.

Prior to joining DentalXChange, Drew served as CRO at CentralReach, the leading provider of cloud-based clinical and practice management solutions for autism care. Over three years, Drew and his team increased revenues by 250%. Previously, Drew was CRO of Tebra, a top EMR and practice management platform for independent primary care and behavioral health practices, where he scaled revenues by 400% over six years. Drew also spent 18 years at Teletrac Navman, a pioneer in fleet management technology, serving as General Manager.

Drew holds a B.A. in English Literature from Southern Methodist University.
